Building for the future

For over 250 years, Erb Mennonite Church has stood as a place of faith, community, and
hope in Penn Township. As our congregation continues to grow, we believe God is calling us
to step forward in faith to expand our ministry and better serve both our church family and
the surrounding community.

Our desire is simple: to create space where lives can be changed, relationships
strengthened, and the love of Christ shared more fully.

Over the past several years, we have experienced meaningful growth and increasing
opportunities for ministry. With that growth has come new challenges:
- Our current facilities are at capacity on Sunday mornings
- Fellowship spaces are often crowded
- Additional classrooms are needed for children, youth, and adults
- Limited space restricts ministry and outreach opportunities
We believe that expanding our facility will allow us to continue to bloom where we are
planted and serve more effectively.

We are planning to build a Family Life Center as part of Phase One of our building project.
This addition will include:
- New Sunday School classrooms
- Dedicated youth spaces (Jr. High and Sr. High)
- A modern kitchen
- Restrooms
- A large multi-purpose room with a stage for gatherings and events
This expanded space will support current ministries and open the door for new
opportunities in discipleship, fellowship, and outreach.
